By registering an account or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

AUPair Filipina is an online marketplace that connects host families with Filipino au pairs. We provide tools for profile creation, searching, messaging, and subscription management. We are a platform facilitator and are not a direct employer or placement agency for any au pair or host family.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Certain features of the platform require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@aupairfilipina.com for refund requests.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information on your profile.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users on the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform without permission.
• Circumvent the platform to arrange placements without using our services after initial contact was made through the platform.

All content on the platform including logos, text, graphics, and software is the property of TransCareers International or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit (such as profile photos and descriptions) but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles, the suitability of any match, or uninterrupted access to the platform. We strongly recommend that all users conduct their own due diligence before entering into any arrangement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransCareers International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes between host families and au pairs, failed placements, or loss of data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
